Why Does It Say “Already Exists” When I Try to Register with My Email?

If you receive a message stating “Email already exists” during registration, it means your email is already associated with an existing KryptoCard account.

✅ What You Can Do:

  1. Try Logging In
    Go to https://card.kryptomate.com and use your email and password to log in.

  2. Reset Your Password
    If you forgot your password, click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions to reset it.

  3. Still Can’t Access?
    Contact our support team at [email protected] or use the in-app chat for help recovering your account.

🛡️Tip: Avoid creating multiple accounts with the same email, as this can lead to access issues or failed registrations.
