When creating a new card holder in KryptoCard, you’ll be asked to provide the following details:
Full Name
Email Address
Date of Birth
Phone Number
Residential Address
ZIP / Postal Code
Important: All holder information must be entered accurately and correctly. This includes the address, ZIP/postal code, and phone number.
🚫 Do not use dummy, fake, or placeholder information.
If incorrect or dummy data is entered, the card will not be issued. "Example is shown in the image below"
Important: Email must be unique per holder (for the same card).
If your card already has an existing holder, any new holder for the same card must use a different email address than the current/previous holder. This helps prevent verification conflicts and ensures each holder profile remains unique.
📌 If your country is not available in the phone number list, you can issue a card that does not require a holder."Examples are shown in the image below"
📌 Tip: If you no longer have access to the old holder’s email, create the new holder using an alternate email you control before proceeding.
